Next Steps, Logistics and Stuff...

Jeff here with a friendly reminder.

With regards to travel arrangements like flights, hotels, car rentals, etc., we've always found that it's best to secure those things sooner rather than later so we usually try to collect the deposit upon receipt of the signed contract (or as soon as possible afterwards).

That makes it much easier to make all of the necessary travel arrangements before they get too expensive, which saves everyone money.
